Terms and Condition

Cakes and Events will deliver the goods and set it up with in the agreed time and date arranged. The hired items should be return in the same condition at the agreed date and time or deposit will not be refunded.

Deposit- All deposit for cakes and hired items paid to Events and Cakes are not refundable basis.

Balance- This is payable 30 days prior to the event or to the specific agreed  date if it not paid we have the right to cancel any bookings  held and no refund will be given. Failure to pay  7 days after the due  date or agreed date we will automatically cancel any bookings and no refund will be given.  Events and Cakes reserves the right  to alter the prices and availability of the product accepting that once the deposit has been paid the price is fixed ( for cakes and  hired items) . Loan item should be return on the agreed time or else will be charged at the daily rate.

 Cancellation- Any cancellations should be no later than 60 days prior to the event or the customer will pay 25% of the total amount due. cancellations 30 days prior to the due date the costumer will pay 100% of the total  amount due. Any cancellation should be done in writing  and not just verbal to the company . 

Damage/responsibilities-  Any damages on the goods hired  such as  rips, cigarette burns,  irremovable stains and scratches will be charge to the full replacement value. Any damages on the cakes after delivery and set up is not our responsibility .

Delivery and collection- We will deliver on the agreed time and date and all items hired will be collected  after the event  or on the time agreed.
